How it Works

It stretches and strengthens every single muscle, ligament and joint in the body down to cell membrane stretching. Bikram Yoga is a challenging, exciting, vigorous and profound yoga series. It is an excellent complement to all other forms of exercise and sport and can help keep you competitive and active throughout your entire life.
