Fall is the perfect time to clean house and make YOU a priority. Join us for a transformative and educational program designed to help you build habits for a lifetime, heal your relationship with food, recovery from chronic injury and illness, and heal your broken bits.
This supportive group challenge includes unlimited yoga classes for three months, nutrition education with Erin Holt Health, and multiple enrichment workshops and activities.
This 90-day challenge is designed to help motivate you to make changes in your life to improve your health and wellness, and promote healing for life. We all know there is no quick fix. It takes time and dedication and a life-long practice to get to the roots of our challenges so we can find both happiness and health.
Commit to 90 is a 13-week program that uses a challenge-format to encourage you to take steps toward creating the live you want to live. Participants are "rewarded" with points for taking class, or the focus of the week like trying meditation or drinking enough water. The individual with the greatest number of points at the end of 13 weeks will win the Commit to 90 basket, valued over $500.
Participants in Commit to 90 will have access to unlimited yoga for three months. In addition, the following talented providers will provide additional support for the program.
Nutritionist Erin Holt will provide her Fueled and Fit nutritional program digging into our underlying "issues" with food and teach participants how to listen to their bodies again, fuel them with foods that improve health, and heal disordered relationships with food. Erin has a particular expertise in eating to heal chronic illness and autoimmune disease. She will to weekly nutritional education and Facebook live sessions where you can get your questions answered. She moderates a private FB group for all participants to share information and get questions answered. Stop dieting. Start eating.
Holistic Healer Cheri Keirstead will teach and Emotional Freedom Technique workshop to train participants in the "Tapping" technique that works to calm the limbic system while addressing the roots of our disordered thinking around self-image, food, trauma, pain, stress, and more. This technique was a very effective tool for last year's participants.
Dr. Ronald Ceppetelli will serve as our staff clinician. He will review intake forms and is available for additional therpeutic support and consultation as needed.

Who We Serve: Commit to 90 is appropriate for anyone seeking motivation to make changes in their life or their health. The program is particularly applicable if you struggle with: disordered eating, addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma or PTSD, chronic illness or injury.

Holistic Nutritionist Erin Holt brings the same depth, self-care, and awareness to her work as a nutritionist that we work for on the mat. Her weekly emails include nutritional education, activities, and meditations. She will also offer weekly Facebook-Live sessions to answer your burning questions. Erin's nutrition education program helps dig into our deep-seated beliefs around eating and teaches participants to trust and fuel their bodies and heal disordered relationships with food. Erin has particular expertise in the area of diet's role in healing the body, particularly from autoimmune diseases. Erin will show you the way to stop dieting forever and heal your relationship with food.

Psychoanalyst Dr. Ronald Ceppetelli will serve as our staff clinician should additional therapeutic support be deemed necessary.This dynamic combination of yoga instruction, nutritional education, self-introspection will help you to break the pattern of destructive behaviors and learn to care for and fuel your body, develop a healthy relationship with food, and heal.
